When adding a sirius xm account in Nuvo app, message comes up 'resume failed!' I could login with my sirius xm account on other applications with no issues. I tried changing passwords, but still have same issue. It was working before.

As of 10/9/2023, SiriusXM is still working with NUVO. The "Resume Failed" error is SiriusXM refusing your login credential. Please go to settings/services in NUVO. Choose SiriusXM and tap "remove service". Force close the app. Then power off ALL NUVO players. Then to go SiriusXM.com and change your password. The previous step must be done regardless of whether you know the password or not. Once the password is changed, (MUST be different than before) Power the NUVO Players back on. Once they all boot to solid White/Light Cyan lights, open the NUVO app and go to settings > services > add service. Choose SiriusXM and log in with your new password.

Concerning NV-P3100, I have the following two questions, 1. Can NV P3100 be connected to a computer or other Bluetooth devices via Bluetooth? 2. What should I do if I cannot add new shares to NuVo via NuVo Music Share for Windows/Mac? Thank you

Hi Jeffrey, Many thanks for your answering my questions. With your explanation, I have solved the problem of how to connect it to PC. In addition to setup of the Music Folder to be shared on the network, the Music Share Program is still required to implement the connection. Anyway, I'm glad it has been resolved. Much appreciated.

My unit is not powering up at all. No lights flickering.  It has worked for the last 4 years and just crashed. Tried power cycle on breaker, no fix.  Any support on this? Or new unit available?

I have a NV P3100. It does not want to connect to my phone, I tried to power off and turn back on. The led light color on all 3 are green. Could you tell me how can I get it fix it or how to reconnect to my phone to control the system

If all three are green, then the unit has been factory defaulted. Uninstall the NUVO Player app from your phone. Power off your phone. Power the phone back on. Re-install the NUVO Player app. When prompted, choose "set up my new system" Set your country appropriately for your location. Then choose Player, Multi-Zone Player and follow the prompts to re-bind the system to the app. The "connect" button for each zone is located beside each of the three zone USB ports on the rear of the unit. We have 3x P3100's since a power cut the zones seem to be randomely connecting/not connecting, we have tried a power cycle several times but not all zones are reconnecting. What do the colours mean on the status LEDs

The LED's will be one of three colors: White: Normal Operation Green: Factory Default Solid Red: Boot Failure Blinking Red: Network Failure Note that the LEDs are RGB LEDs and the white is not a true white, depending on the age of the unit it will range from very white, to a sort of Teal-ish white.

My Nuvo NV-P3100 won't turn on. I've tried reconnecting the power cable, switching to a different outlet and cycling the power button without success. The single zone unit which is attached will turn on. Is this a known problem?

Is warranty registration purchase data required for NuVo whole home audio components? I can't find any online forms for product registration.

Warranty registration is done when the system is set up for the first time in the Nuvo Player App. That being said, registration is not required for warranty coverage. The warranty on Nuvo amplifiers is two years from date of installation. Passive devices (speakers) have a limited lifetime warranty.

Doing a takeover that has an NV-P3100 that we want to move from a shelf a nd rack mount, but original installer took the rack ears. Can you tell me if the ADI part number "XW-NVREM1U (NVREM1U)" rack ears are compatible with this player?
