Legrand Spotlights Its adorne Collection as "Finishing Touch" for Hospitality Spaces at HI Connect Design™

NASHVILLE, TN – April 2, 2014—Lighting industry leader Legrand is showcasing its adorne Collection of innovative light switches, dimmers and wall plates at HI Connect Design, a leading hospitality trade show that brings together hoteliers, purchasing executives, owners, developers, architects and designers to view the latest products available in the industry.

The show is distinguished for its vignette approach to exhibiting products in realistic settings—and adorne can be seen in more than 30 vignettes, illustrating the collection’s “finishing touch” design statement in guestrooms, bathrooms, and public spaces common to hotels.

“More than ever, hotels are featuring small, sometimes surprising elements that make a big impact on the overall guest experience,” said Amy Hahne, vice president of the adorne Collection. “The adorne collection provides lighting controls and outlets that not only elevate the style of the space, but also enhance how guests interact with their surroundings. The products truly exemplify the importance of details—both visual and experiential—in hospitality design.”

Introduced last year, the astounding adorne switch portfolio serves up seven models, each providing a unique on/off activation and user experience. Standouts include the Touch Switch, which uses capacitive touch screen technology, and the Wave Switch, which activates lights with the wave of a hand.

The switches and outlets are then paired with wall plates that come in 32 finishes, including cast metals, natural woods, leather and an array of vibrant hues.
