P&S took home the overall Best of the Best award for manufacturers, as well as category wins for Product Launch and Direct promotion in the division of manufacturer with over $250 million in sales volume. The winning entry, “Tails, You Win,” was an integrated marketing campaign introducing the P&S PlugTail™ Switches.

Standout campaign elements included “The Jobsite,” a humorous and memorable demonstration video inspired by the hit television series, The Office. Another key element, the “Tails, You Win” sample box, included a Switch and tail sample, and a content-rich CD with literature, videos and a cost comparator.

In the first four months of the campaign, over 4,000 unique visitors came to the P&S PlugTail micro site – about 2.5 times the normal site traffic. “The Jobsite” video played nearly 900 times, with over 500 additional views on YouTube. P&S PlugTail sales expanded to new markets, and the company budgeted a sales increase of 30 percent in 2009, due in part to the campaign’s success.
