But this doesn't set up well, scenes aren't reliable and it just disconnects from wifi erratically. Why would Legrand engineers get away with such inconsistent network/software design. I called tech support after first problem and got help. After it happened again to call, I can't get through to tech support.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible app and unreliable As other reviewer stated, these are nice looking, but they most of the time it doesn't work with Alexa, due to issues with Legrand app. I have multiple smart switches with other brands and they work fine. Called support, they have you reset at breaker. It resolves temporarily, then will disconnect again. I dont bother calling anymore.

It also disconnects itself constantly causing you to have to reset the device, rescan the code and repair! What a nightmare! The scanning of the qr code to scan is quite odd, what if you lose it? Overall a great concept but these do not work well at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for a deceant price I bought 2 of these switches over the last several months for my outside lights and am not disappointed. They have never failed me and the options I have to control them with the smart lights app is great. I am switching all the outlets and switches in my house to the radiant nickel and it really makes the house look great. The Wi-Fi smart switches look almost identical to the other switches with the addition of a nice small cool white led to show the switch is off and helps find it in the dark. You can manually click it on or use the app which is great. I may even buy another one or 2 for other rooms in the house.

My switch has been working fine, but suddenly both the Smart Lights App and Alexa think that the switch is on when it is off and off when it is on. Is there a way to toggle this back without resetting it?

For a simple 3-way installation, would I use two of these switches (WWRL10WHCCV2)?  I plan to group with additional fixtures, so that’s why I think I will need two of these.

Switch won’t connect to intenet

I have two switches; one turns on and off from set timer while the other only turns off on timer.  How do I fix the one that isn’t turning on by it self (timer)?

My switch was connected and working. Then I changed my home WiFi setup and removed the switch from the Home app. When I try to re-add it, the app says "Accessory already added" and that I have to reset it first.

How do I create a timer function on android based smart lights app? I can see where I can create a scene, but it only allows for one time function, and I want to enter a specific time frame (say a switch turns a lamp on from 5pm-8pm)

Hello Legrand, I installed one of these switches Saturday and I need to confirm a few things: 1) Does the white LED just indicate there's power to the switch? 2) Does depressing the top and bottom portion of the toggle/switch turn it on?

Hello again Legrand, it appears I have a faulty switch. The white light stays lit when the switch is on or off. And both the top and bottom areas of the rocker turn on or turn off the switch. Any suggestions? Should I return it?

why does the amber light not come on at all

If the switch is not blinking, press the bottom of the switch while it is in the off position for 10 seconds to reset the device. Are the wires on the back of the radiant smart switch aluminum or copper?

The Legrand website states that the radiant smart switch works with Nest Products. How do I set this up? Neither the Nest app or the Smart Lights app have an option to connect the switch with Nest.

If my router resets all of these switches disconnect and will not reconnect. I have to reset them all and reinstall which takes forever. Is there a way to prevent this from occurring? This is the 3rd time this has happened.
