Rated 3 out of 5 by from helpful and convenient I have tried both the plug-in and in-wall devices from this company and while I like both products, I prefer the plug-in type for simplicity and portability. I had a bit of difficulty getting them to sync up with the app initially but after some troubleshooting, got it figured out. The compatibility with my Alexa devices was a must and they work great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good features. I really enjoyed the features available on these devices. I had some trouble in the begining since it is a Google App and I was trying toget it to work with my Yahoo App. I t will also work with Alexa which is great for anyone who has this device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart Switch This works great, you just plug this in and whatever you plug into this you can turn off and on with your phone. The app is easy enough to use and it's handy when we leave the house and forget to turn off the lights.

What is going on with the migration to Legrand web service from Samsung? There should be somewhere your customers can get information. This is TERRIBLE customer service. The new app tries to migrate every time I open the app. Succeeds with errors it says.
