Is V500 10’ raceway available in white?
Hello. The 500 series raceway is only available in ivory. The 700 series is available in white (700WH); it has a taller profile than the 500, but is otherwise very similar. Alternatively, 500 series raceway can be painted white onsite, using oil based paint. Thanks!

I would like to run a wiremold 500 raceway over a wall surface that is not 100% flat. The wall has a 1/2" offset at one location. What are the recommended solutions for this case?
Hello,
V5700F is an 18" long flexible section that can help with the 1/2" offset. If the 18" length is too long the ends can be removed, the flex section can be cut down to size and the ends can be reconnected.

Is V500 or V700 series Wiremold approved for hospital Grade wiring
Our 500/700 raceway series are approved for THHN wiring and will accommodate hospital grade devices; additionally, all of our metal raceways are approved as a ground path, as required for hospital grade wiring.

can you put 1 12/2 romex in v500, or does that violate fill table?
Hello Kurt,
None of our raceways are designed or UL Listed to conceal romex. It would be a safety hazard due to the heat it would generate.
Wiremold raceways can conceal THHN or THWN type wire.
Romex can be brought to the point of entry of the raceway at which point the outer jacket of the romex cable can be removed. A romex connector should be used to properly secure the cable to a raceway entrance end fitting such as V5785.

Is the raceway system rated for use in a screened in porch? Would this be considered an exterior application? Also, what is the difference between the 500 and 700 series? Thanks!
Our raceways are designed and tested for installation in interior dry locations only. A porch, even a screened one, is not generally considered an interior dry location. Therefore, we recommend against using our raceways in that environment.
The difference between the 500 and 700 is the size. They are the same width, but the 700 is deeper. Also, the 500 is only available in ivory (V500). The 700 comes in ivory (V700) and white (700WH).

No, we do not make endcaps for our raceway products as projects would start and end with a raceway box.
