Yes, these will work as a standalone as described.  I have several of them I use as a standalone switch with no automation.

Two questions. I have a working Netatmo system in my home. By 'hub' do you mean 'Netamo' hub? Also, will the Adorne® smart tru-universal dimmer with Netatmo operate an existing LED system which uses a switching power supply?

Is is possible to install this product in an old single pole configuration where they did not bring the white wire back to the switch box? I only have the hot and the load wires.

Arturo - The "smart" products with Nteatmo all require the a neutral connection that runs back to the breaker box. I have installed many of these products at two different locations. Regards, Bill Hayhurst

Comparing the pressable area of the sofTap Dimmer w/ Netatmo (WNAL50W1) with the "regular" sofTap Dimmer (ADTP703TUW4), The lower area of the button on the WNAL50W1 does not depress. On the ADTP703TUW4 I can press anywhere on the button. Is this normal?

This seems to be normal for all of my switches. I have about 30 of the WNAL50W1 Netatmo switches and they all behave that way. It's a bit disappointing in comparison to the older style in that I misclick them just walking past sometimes.

Can the Adorne Switch with Netatmo be installed without a gateway and still function as a normal switch? Planning to add the gateway later for smart function.

Can you set a schedule in the app for the wall mount 20 amp plug to come off and on at a set time in the day or night.... letting the plug dispense power on a designated time in the day or night ....? Model # WNRR20 example: on 6:00PM then off 2:30AM
