Rated 5 out of 5 by from Uncluttered charging! I got this to create a dedicated charging area for phones and other devices. We always either had to use an adaptor or extension cord w/USB ports which can get a bit cluttered and messy. This outlet was really easy to install and I like the clean lines and modern feel. My house is almost 100 years old and wasn't wired for modern devices and I get worried when charging adaptors get really warm. Being able to directly plug in the USB eliminates that worry for me which is an added bonus.

They now have a dedicated charging area and keeps things more organized. Came with instructions that were easy to follow and made things go quick. Highly recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast Charging There are pros and cons to this adorne Ultra-Fast USB Type A/A Outlet. I like that these are fast charging ports. Each port is 2.4A. Sometimes when you buy one of those dual port block chargers that say it's 2.4A but that's only when you are charging on port at a time, but if you charge on both the 2.4A is split between the two ports, meaning 1.2A each. That's slow. I like that the adorne has a sleek and modern look to them due to the screwless face plate. The outlet was also fairly easy to install, except that I had a little trouble with the faceplate. The one downside to this port is that there are no 15A electrical outlets for regular things that need to be plugged in. This dual USB port would only be useful at certain places where you don't anticipate needing an electrical outlet.

I installed this one in our bedroom, looks very sleek and stylish! and boy compared to regular outlet it charges our devises super fast! I am very pleased with the finished look and the fast charging.

After one last time, I decided to go ahead and get this AWESOME outlet to make that a worry of the past! With three teenagers figuring out where my charging block had become a daily chore! This outlet is super easy to install and has changed my charging game for the better!!! Charges my devices faster than before and is so very convenient! I am planning on replacing at least one outlet in EVERY room with this awesome invention!!!!! Can't wait to tell my friends about this MUST-HAVE outlet!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Charges fast, installation a bit vague This USB outlet Charges fast and works well. It blends into the wall well. It was a bit difficult to install, as the instructions are very vague. A piece needs to be removed to install the cover, but that isn’t indicated in the instructions so it took a bit of fumbling to figure it out. I wish that this was a combination of a standard plug and a usb because as is, it is kind of a waste of a whole outlet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turn an ordinary outlet into a USB charger This is a super interesting idea, if you have available, unused outlets. This product replaces a standard duplex wall outlet with two, 6A/5V DC USB charging ports. The version I have is white and includes a nice, modern cover plate that snaps on over the charger frame. It installs as fast as any electric outlet or switch replacement, following all the necessary precautions. I installed it in my office to keep my tablet and phone charged within reach/use.
