I'm so excited to be able to use my new receptacle to plug directly into it to charge my phones!! This was super easy to install and the wall plates are a nice touch.. they don't show the normal screws that you usually will see! This looks so good!! Highly recommend!

My husband said it was super easy to install, just swapped out the old outlet and put this new one in. It seems to charge his phone just as fast as a regular charger with no issues so far! No need for a block! Pretty cool and future forward!

Do you make a GFCI version of this outlet?

Product description says “industry-leading 6.0A of our Ultra-Fast line and a whopping 30W of power courtesy of advanced Power Delivery”. 6 A is never allowed by USB Power Delivery, and 30 W PD is by definition 15 V × 2 A. Which part is false?

For units not specifically using USB-PD and regular 5V USB charging, this can provide 3A of charging current. Thus the possibility of the 3A.

What is the DC output voltage of the USB-C ports? None of the documentation specifies what this value is.

Our Power Delivery device can do either 5V, 9V, or 15V and can provide up to 30W for a single port. For dual port operation it will function the same as the 6A devices (5V/3A/15W max per port).

Why don't you list the output voltage on the product page or in any of the myriad online documentation? I needed a 20v Power Delivery device but only found out via the installation instructions after purchase that it does not support the 20v profile.

We are starting to work on a new USB Power Delivery charger that will have a 20V output, but this won't be available until next year.
