Do y'all sell just parts? My 1y/o managed to remove and lose pretty much most of the clear plastic LED covers from the outlets in my house. Would be nice to be able to just purchase single replacement parts.

Asked by: GHynson
We currently do not offer replacement parts for the Radiant Nightlights so I would contact Technical Support for assistance: Radiant products 1.800.223-4162 opt 3 Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm EST (excluding holidays) Email Us - tech.support@legrand.us

This is the 2nd NTL885TR-WCC6 that I've installed in the same location. Both have not worked. Both come on for about 1/2 second when the light is pressed. Yes, the room is dark. It does it in all levels. Is this product inherently defective?

Asked by: Brian
I have two installed in my house currently, one in a bedroom, and one in the hall. Both work great, never had any problems. Hopefully Legrand can help you out.

Night light stays on when hall lights are on. It goes off when I shine a flashlight on it but wont go off with the hall lights & I am lighting a small hall with 2 6" LED can lights

Asked by: Troy
Our NTL885TRW has a built in photocell that is designed to turn on the lights when it is relatively dark in the room. The sensor is looking for daylight to tell it to stay on. Some times the nightlight will illuminate in dimly lit rooms. For additional support feel free to contact tech support at 1800 223 4185

Night Light is always on. Will not turn off when Hallway Lights are on? Please help. Thanks!

Asked by: Lisa
Thank you for your question regarding Night Light with Two 15A Tamper-Resistant Outlets, White (NTL885TRWCC6). As a test to see if the photoeye is actually working can you shine a flashlight(or any bright light) on it to see if the nightlight will turn off? If it does not go out, I would return it to place of purchase or contact us at the number below. Radiant products 1.800.223-4162 opt 3 Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm EST (excluding holidays)
