885TRGCC12 is the receptacle but what wallplate matches? RWP26GCC6 appears to be graphite colour and otherwise what is the matching color for this antique brass receptacle?

The antique brass finish has been discontinued and no longer available. The current metallic options are Dark Bronze, Graphite, and Nickel.

Can it be installed on a 20A circuit?

Simply put yes you can. I installed several on my 20a circuits. Only thing you shouldn't do is install a 20a outlet on a 15a circuit. Only issue you would have is not having that extra vertical slot on the bottom to accommodate a 20a plug. My wiring is 12g for the 20a circuit so I had to wrap the wire around the screws as the holes in back are too small to push the wire into.

My question is the 885TRW type of receptacle has C you only on it does that include the ground which is on the yolk of the outlet and is steel the reason
