Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn’t always work. A little tricky to install and it took several tries to get it to work properly. At times the lights would flicker while trying to use and it made a humming sound occasionally. I even had an electrician look at it to make sure it was installed properly and it was. I think there are better options out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very helpful and useful Having this smart switch has been very helpful to us. I installed this smart switch in our kitchen as it’s the place that we mostly forget about turning off the lights and such. I found it easy to install ( make sure you turn off the electric first to the area you’re working in) and had it connected via the app that was downloaded onto my phone. It took a couple of times to get the settings right which wasn’t really a big deal, but now it has been operating smoothly and we are able to control the lights in the kitchen. No more wondering if someone in the household has left the lights on anymore. I simply just go to app on my phone from wherever in the house I may be at and check from there. My wife loves it and thinking of getting a few more smart switches for some other places in the house.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best for tech savvy users I must admit that I was totally intimidated by this smart switch. I guess I am just used to doing things the old fashioned way and getting used to the new connected options is a challenge. However, I do like the way it looks and will probably get more of them in the future, I will continue to work on using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Install and Use Smart Switch We found the Legrand Smart Switch to be the easiest smart switch to install and setup in our house. The installation went smoothly for the switch; we’ve had issues with installing other switches. The directions were clear and concise. Attached to kitchen entry lights, the Smart Switch was quickly detected in the manufacturer’s app and picked up by Alexa. We’re extremely satisfied with the Legrand Smart Switch and recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No complaints The installation of this item is relatively simple. You treat it like any other light switch. My biggest issue was getting the internet signal to work it from my phone. Took awhile to get it but once I got it everything worked well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart Switch for your Home Excellent smart light switch to control a light in your home. Very easy setup that connects to your home's existing electrical wiring. It will replace any regular light switch in your home. You can turn it on/off by hand or your voice. Siri, Alexa and Google all will control this switch with just your voice. No hub is required but it does work with Apple HomeKit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Smart Switch I got the Smart Switch from Legrand and as for what it is... Its a light switch. It works well but it was a pain getting someone out here to install it into the wall so it could be used. Its a cool concept and thus far its a fun novelty... But if you dont have your phone right next to you you still have to get up and use the switch manually... Like a light switch... All in all its a fun product!

When adding my smart switch to HomeKit, it will not connect to my 2.4ghz WiFi network if it is secured (WPA2/AES), I also verified my WiFi password. But once I set my WiFi to Open (unsecured), i have no problem adding it to HomeKit. What’s wrong?

The switch should be capable of connecting to a WPA2 encrypted SSID. I would reach out to technical support at 8002234162 Option 3 for a replacement.

Can you use different Radiant faceplates rather than the one provided? I need this to go in a two switch location bb

The Smart dimmer can be used with any decorator style wallplate that conforms to Nema WD6 dimensional specifications.

What other differences (besides Apple home kit) are there between this switch and the one that connects directly to WiFi (WWRL10WHCCV2)? Which one is better?

The "HK" switches are compatible with Apple Home Kit to control the switches and the WWRL10W switches are compatible with Alexa and Google Home kits
