IS THERE A CAP TO SEAL OFF THIS PLUG WHEN NOT IN USE

Thank you for your question regarding the Pass & Seymour Pin and Sleeve Inlet. 100A, 125/250 volt(Model # PS4100B12W). The Protective 100A Inlet cover is PSCP100.
