Occupancy and vacany sensors make saving energy and saving money easy.  Occupancy sensors turn lights on when you enter a room and save energy by automatically turning them off when room is unoccupied.  Vacancy sensors save more energy by requiring anyone entering the room to manually turn on the lights.  When the room is unoccupied the lights will turn off.  Using occupany and vacancy sensor dimmers may contribute to LEED certification and help make buildings sustainable.

  • Automatic-off control with full-range dimming and multi-way capability.  Fits into existing box for easy installation.
  • Adjustable time delay and light level sensor.  Illuminated pushbutton for visibility in darkened rooms.
  • In multi-way applications can be used with a momentary switch or another dimmer sensor.
  • 180 degree coverage pattern 600 sq.ft., 120 vac, 60 Hz; neutral required.  Operates incandescent lights 25-500 watt rating.
  • Convertible Manual on/auto on (vacancy or occupancy sensor). Five-year warranty.
