Is there any type of replacement for the NUVO keypads?
Oh sorry, I misunderstood your question….looks like they are out of stock. Plenty of availability on the gray market though. Just do a google search. I don’t think there are any direct replacements that I’m aware of.

My original keypad's display has burnt out and I was not the original installer...any idea on how to know which zone the keypad was assigned to? This is in reference to Nuvo's NV-E6GCP-DC wall mounting.
The Master system will program it automatically. All you have to do on the keypad is acknowledge the location.

Good Day - I need 6 Nuvo OLED Controller 1" (NVE6GCVPDC). Do you have them in stock? I plan to replace them myself. Do you know if they simply plug in (plug and play) or do they need to be programmed?
I just replaced one myself and it was plug and play….pulled all the settings out of my existing Essentia zone controller automatically. All I had to do was assign the zone on the keypad - took 2 seconds and was up and running. Unfortunately I have 5 more to replace - it’s a shame the original displays didn’t hold up. The nee model (OLED) are supposed to last longer from what I’ve read.

Unfortunately NUVO has gone out of business and is no longer manufacturing products.

Is the OLED screen on the new keypads the same as the original version, or has it been updated to improve service life?
The screen in the new NVE6GCP-DC keypads is a different OLED design than the original and should have improved service life over the originals. We've not changed the part number, but we can assure you that we haven't made the old design keypads in some time. The original keypads have been out of stock for well over a year.

Are the new switches in stock anywhere? How do we know if they are new vs old version?
The new keypads have not been released. Manufacturing delays have pushed back the release date which was originally slated for the end of April 2021. Please email support@nuvotechnologies.com to be added to our email list when they launch. You will be able to purchase them from any of the dealers listed in our Where to Buy section on Legrand.us.
All Nuvo products are serialized. The first two digits of a serial number indicate the year of manufacture. The second two the week of that year of manufacture. Any new Nuvo product will begin with serial number 21XXXXXX and later.
