Questions & Answers

7011ulbd20: The unit was installed when I bought the house. I wanted to move it so I went into the attic and simply unplugged it. Then sent the plug up another hole in the sheetrock. I plugged it back in and it did not work. How do i reset?

Asked by: David
Hello David, On the far end of the plug strip (opposite of where the cord is) there is a small black toggle switch. If tripped there will be a white area on the sides of the switch that are exposed as the sign it has in fact tripped. All that's needed is to simply press that back in to reset it. It does not toggle up and down (on or off) but rather pop out when tripped. Thank you,
