Absolutely Awesome Dimmer
I purchased this dimmer as a replacement for some some other smart wi-fi dimmers I have in my home. After having installed and used the Legrand dimmers for a couple of months, I can now say that I intend to replace all of my existing wi-fi dimmers (approximately 50) with Radiant - Smart Tru-Universal Dimmers. Without taking time to discuss my complaints with the other dimmers I will say that the Legrand dimmers address every one of my concerns with the other product. In particular, here is what I like about the Legrand dimmers:
- Works seamlessly with Homekit. The setup was totally uneventful (what a difference!).
- Connects directly to your home wi-fi without the need for a bridge.
- Powered directly off of wall current and doesn't require batteries.
- Works in 3-way and 4-way applications. When used in conjunction with the Legrand Remote Dimmers it can control multi-way switch installations. And the remote dimmers do not require batteries or the use some weird bluetooth signal.
- All of the wiring connections are internal to the switch housing and not exposed on the outside of the housing - this practically eliminates the possibility of accidentally shorting one of the connections on the dimmer against the ground wire in the junction box.
- Does not require the use of a traveler wire between the the main dimmer and the remote dimmers in multi-way installations (this means that you don't have to be a rocket scientist to wire multi-way switches).
- The dimmers seem extremely stable and have never lost their connection to my home wi-fi.
After having struggled for a couple of years with my existing wi-fi dimmers, I am totally impressed with the Legrand product. I hope they continue to grow and expand their product offerings in this area!

Helpful
I have tried both the plug-in and in-wall devices from this company and while I like both products, I prefer the plug-in type for simplicity and portability. I had a bit of difficulty getting them to sync up with the app initially but after some troubleshooting, got it figured out. The compatibility with my Alexa devices was a must and they work great.

Great functionality and easy to install!
This product was super easy to install and integrate with Alexa, the instructions in setting the Smart Switch with our home network were very easy to follow and everything was up and running in a manner of minutes. Being able to remotely control the lights is very convenient, you can also manually click it on or use the app which is great. It is also still able to be used as a normal switch. The Wi-Fi smart switch looks almost identical to the other switches in our home with the addition of a nice small cool white led to show the switch is off and helps find it in the dark. This was a great addition on our journey to a smart home.

I tried...
I received the Smart Try Universal Dimmer, WiFi, white from Try It Sampling. Myself and my spouse, who is a certified electrician, attempted to install the device in our bedroom, but without success. There were two pieces missing from the kit that are required to have the dimmer fully functional. There is no way I could 've even gotten that far alone, so this was an unsuccessful sample and I believe it would be for many people who aren't "certified" electricians. Thanks for the oppritunity, though.

Overpriced smart dimmer (smart not included)
I've had this set up for a couple years and just never had a good experience, which recently got worse. These never displayed the correct status on Google home. I always assumed that was an integration issue that would eventually be resolved, but it never once worked. I learned to live with that though and could still turn lights on and off (and dim) from Google home, it just never remembered the status. For the record, it didn't display the right status in Smart Lights either. I contacted support a while back on this and got replacements, but it was more of the same issue. I waited and tested longer and tried contacting again, but never heard back. Now it's back to only functioning as a dumb switch (I also have the remote switches with these, and those are very flakey even as dumb switches, probably only work half the time).
I still like the "dumb" Legrand receptacles and plan on continuing to use those where I can, but unfortunately I'll be looking elsewhere for smart receptacles in the future (and to replace these).

Installing a 4-way switch using 1 WWRL50 & 2 HMRW. My hot & load wire are in the same box so that's where I installed the WWRL50 which is working to turn the light on/off but my remote HMRW switches are not working. Is there a diagram for proper wiring?
The wiring diagram for this application is attached below.

Can the WWRL50WHCCV2 be put in place of one 3 way and the other 3 way switch be left in place? Just having the dimming in place at the dimmer and on/off control at the switch.
The WWRL50WHCCV2 dimmer needs to be paired with the HMRW(remote dimmer), when used in a 3way application.

Is this collection of smart dimmers (WWRL50WHCCV2) and smart switches (WWRL10WHCCV2) compatible to work with the LC7001 Whole House Lighting Controller ... and in turn work with home automation systems such as Control4? Thanks in Advance.
These switches do not work with the RFLC platform that the LC7001 runs on.
If you want switches in the Radiant Style that work with RFLC, look to the LC series switches.

Attempting install in 4 way using 1-WWRL50 & 3-HMRW. Of my 4 existing switches 2 have 3 wires (Bl, Wh & Red); and 2 have 4 wires (2 Bl and 2 Red). Do you have any diagrams on how to install the WWRL50 and HMRW with this configuration?
Attached are both 4way diagrams depending on which side of the circuit the WWRL50 is on.

Hi How do you change the wifi network used by the device ?
In order to change the WiFi network your SmartLights device is connecting to, you will need to remove and re-add your device to your app. Alternatively if you prefer, you can change your network SSID (Network name) and password to match the SSID and password settings from your previous router.

Is there an additional app needed to control this switch besided the Google home app? I do not want to install another app on my phone to use this switch with Google home.
Yes, this dimmer would have to be connected using the Legrand Smartlights app to control it through GoogleHome.
