Early in Career Development Programs at LegrandPrepare yourself for a future with Legrand North and Central America (LNCA) while cutting your teeth on software, electrical and firmware engineering—through ongoing training and hands-on work experience. Over the course of two years, associates in the Engineering Rotation Program are supported by coaching and mentoring on-the-job as they meet the challenges of three dynamic assignments— including the potential to work abroad.
Beginning in June, on-boarding gets underway at a division location with an overview of the LNCA business, products and customers, and with presentations by senior leadership.
The first of three 8-month rotations begin in July at a select LNCA facility. Each rotation is designed to enhance career networking and development and challenge associates to stretch work experience across product divisions.
Onsite and offsite training provides associates with additional learning opportunities throughout their two-year program to enhance skills and build on success.
Transitioning into a career at LNCA begins with a final assignment decision based on criteria specific to each associate, including skills, aspirations and geographic preferences.
Through ongoing development and mentoring initiatives, LNCA leadership continues supporting program alumni to learn, grow and be successful.
