Early in Career Development Programs at Legrand

Prepare yourself for a future with Legrand North and Central America (LNCA) while cutting your teeth on software, electrical and firmware engineering—through ongoing training and hands-on work experience. Over the course of two years, associates in the Engineering Rotation Program are supported by coaching and mentoring on-the-job as they meet the challenges of three dynamic assignments— including the potential to work abroad.
Orientation

Beginning in June, on-boarding gets underway at a division location with an overview of the LNCA business, products and customers, and with presentations by senior leadership.
