Support Details

Our toll-free Customer Support line is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If a call is received outside these hours, it will be routed to a voice mailbox and the call will be returned on the next business day. If the technical support staff is currently helping other customers, your call will be routed to a voice mail box and returned promptly, usually within an hour after leaving your message.

Limited One Year Product Warranty

Except for any express warranty included within the packaging of a specific product, Legrand warrants that its Pass & Seymour products are free of defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. Legrand's sole responsibility in the event of breach of warranty shall be, at Legrand's election, to repair or provide replacement for the Product with respect to which such warranty is breached or to return payments made with respect to such Product. In no event, including breach or non-fulfillment of the foregoing limited warranty, shall Legrand be liable for loss of profits or incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind. The warranty set forth in this paragraph is Legrand's sole warranty with respect to the Products. Distributor acknowledges and agrees that Legrand is not liable for any representations and/or warranties that Distributor may have made or given to any customer or end-user of the Products. Distributor shall indemnify and hold Legrand harmless from any claim of violation of any such representation or warranty asserted by any third party against Legrand.

Legrand makes no other warranty of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty against infringement of any third party’s intellectual property rights, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by Legrand and excluded from this agreement.

*Note: Some lighting controls have extended warranties. Please refer to the specific product installation guides or the specific product page on our website for further details.

Obtaining Warranty Service

Customer must contact a Legrand authorized Distributor within applicable warranty period to obtain warranty service. Dated proof of original purchase from Legrand or its authorized Reseller or Distributor will be required.
