Where do I buy a replacement fuse and how do I replace it?
Hello,
The internal fuse would not be replicable. Opening the unit will void the product warranty. It would be best, depending on how old the strip is, to return it and receive a replacement unit.

Are the outlets the "Decorator" type that can be replaced if broken?
The outlets in the PM48TC are proprietary. They are not industry standard decorator outlets and they cannot be field replaced. If one of the outlets is damaged, the entire power strip must be discarded and replaced with a new one.

The clips aren't sold separately. However, please feel free to email us at technical.support@legrand.us or call us at 1-800-621-0049 and choose option 3 from the main menu for technical support. We can mail replacement clips to you at no additional charge. Thank you!
