Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrated I have been unable to get the Gateway connected to my network even after a few calls to technical support at Legrand. I even purchased a second Gateway to munt closer to my access point and I still can't get it connected. These Gateways and associated switches are not cheap and the entire process has been very frustrating even with my background in local networks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Netatmo Smart Outlet The Smart outlet with Netatmo allows one to "modify" an existing outlet location such that it creates a switched outlet. One can then locate a table lamp, free standing lamp such that thru the app the light operates as if it was plugged into a switched outlet. A creative way to make a switched outlet without having to have a second HOT wire present in the electrical box. I have also used the Smart outlet to remotely control, (at a house I occupy 5 months of the year), a PoE switch. I have had the occasional need to recycle the switch in addition to rebooting the switch. A very slick technology. One must ensure that a neutral wire is present in the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get Smart! We installed Adorne wireless smart switches and outlets in our newly constructed home in Savannah GA. The installation process was easy, just like putting in regular switches and outlets. Setting up your network is easy too. Just download the App and start adding your smart switches and outlets. All you need to do is name the switches and outlets and place them in the appropriate room on the App. It literally takes less than a minute per switch. You then can control your lights and outlets from your phone or IPad or both. Schedule your lights to come on and go off. Do it anywhere. See what lights are on from the App. Schedule an outlet to come on and go off. Add a wireless switch anywhere to make a 3 way switch. Install or add as many smart switches as you like. The look of the Adorne switches and outlets is so much nicer than the standard wall plates that are commonly used. Look into the Wave switch. They also have standard paddle switches when you don’t need a wireless. The App shows how much energy you’re using. We love the Adorne line by LeGrand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a Cluster! I'm in a process of building a new home and wanted to experiment with Legrand in my current home to see if this is the right product for my new home. I just received a WNAH1. Got it installed. I'm attempting to set up through the Home+Control app. During the set up process, I'm being asked for a HomeKit code. There isn't a HomeKit code to be found. Not on the box. Not on the device. Not on the instructions that were shipped with it (instructions which were for a WNAL23 by the way). I talked to a customer service representative who basically talked down to me telling me on his device, etc, etc, etc. Wouldn't listen to what I was telling him. I paid $175 for this device. I bought it off of your website. If I don't get some answers, you'll probably lose a sale of 100-ish devices for my new home.

Aside from thier sleek look, they really come through with a very functionally integrated design. I upgraded recently to the Netatmo Smart system. Components installed quickly and the system was very intuitive to use. The Wireless Scene Switch was easy to program with the Netatmo app adding convenience at multiple locations in our home controlling nearly a dozen different light fixtures simultanously! Ialso took advantage of Legrand technical support which made our overall design better. Would strongly recommend any of the Legrand lighting products!

Currently the Netatmo Gateway will integrate with Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKIt and Google Assistant. The gateway is available in the one style shown. The switches and dimmers from the adorne collection are in the Soft Tap style.

Hello again, does this switch or any of the Softap switches have the translucent glass interface? I only ask because the pictures throughout many of the Adorne switches are inconsistent showing both translucent glass AND matte interfaces. Thank you.

At this time it's only available in the Softap interface, and no current plans for a Touch version are scheduled. Therefore the glass interface is not available with the with NetAtmo line.

Hello, For Adorne Netatmo switches: Are they all Softap or are they Touch? When using the site's filter for these switches and choosing "Touch", the switches do not appear to actually be Touch. If they are Touch, do they still have the clear glass cover?

Yes, the WNAL50 is a sofTap interface. At this time it's only available in the sofTap interface, and no current plans for a Touch version are scheduled.

The two products work with different Legrand apps so the Netatmo gateway would be needed to setup and access this dimmer.

What is the best way to incorporate 3-way dimming if the home is already pre-wired for it, outside of installing the wireless unit? If wireless is the only option, can that switch be installed in a multiple gang faceplate?

what is the difference between the Hub and the Smart Gateway with Netatmo

The LC7001 Lighting hub is for the Adorne "WiFi Ready" line of 900MHz RF switches. The Adorne With NetAtmo line is a new product line that integrates with a number of Smart Home platforms utilizing a ZigBee gateway.

No, the adorne RFLC devices will not work with the Netatmo gateway. They are two separate systems.
