Good - could be better
First - this is a great idea - pretty cool. I dinged it one star for several reasons:
1) The fixture forces orientation of the outlet with the ground pin up - I know that's how they are supposed to be mounted, but there are many cases where flipping the orientation is actually better.
2) This is not a GFCI/AFCI outlet - so would be able to be used in many cases.
3) There is a little green LED on the bottom right of the wireless charger that lights when charging - only issue you, you can never see it because the phone blocks it.
4) The rubberized face of the charger makes it difficult to just slide the phone in - sure it helps hold it in place, but I'm not sure it's really necessary, and it detracts from the usefulness.
5) This is a pretty pricey item for what it is.

I bought this a while ago for a whole room renovation and finally got around to installing it today. It’s very nice and works exactly as one would expect. The only reason I docked it a star is, it would have been nice to have a slightly looser fit (still snug) with a rubberized clip holder vs one entirely made from plastic (acrylic?). That would have made it more worthy of the price IMO and would have given this product a much more premium look/feel, while offering some real world benefits in the overall application. Only time will tell how long it holds up under constant use. I do love my Legrand products though and this one is definitely a keeper that will see a lot of use!

Love the phone stand feature
This needs to be in every room of my house! Not only does this act as a normal wall outlet, but it also serves the purpose of a phone stand. This has made it so convenient to charge my phone when I’m getting ready for work in the morning!

Really cool. Works great, easy installation!
This little outlet was simple to install - just turn off the breaker (obviously) and plug something into the existing outlet to ensure it is not receiving any power.
Remove the cover and the old outlet, and switch the white / black wires over to the new plug. Connect the ground (it’s generally bare copper wire) and then screw the new outlet in place. Powered up perfectly and works like a charm. Provides the wireless pad with a spring loaded clip (which is clear - a nice touch so you can see through it in a pinch) and a bonus USB port. I didn’t see the output voltage on the port but could tell it was high as it charged my iPad very quickly.
Great item if you have a good spot for it!

This by far is the coolest outlet I've ever got. It charges your phone by simply setting it up in the wireless dock. Sleek design and features. I will recommend this product to anyone looking for a wireless charging option.

Why does my charger blink red?
Does this happen every time you attempt to charge? If yes, please ensure the phone is compatible with Qi wireless charging. If no, it might have something to do with the orientation of the phone when placed in the charger. I would suggest reaching out to Technical Support for further assistance:

Is Radiant white the same white as Adorne powder white or gloss white? Will the colors look different if they are in the same room? or next to each other?
The Radiant White and adorne Gloss White would be the closest in color, but Radiant is a Satin finish. The Power White is more of a dull Off White finish.

This device is a Qi (pronounced CHEE) charger.
If your android device supports Qi charging then it will be compatible with this device.

Hello- I’d like to put this in my kitchen but need the outlet it to be GFCI... can I buy an additional radiant gfci outlet and swap out with this frame?
Consider putting the entire circuit on a GFCI breaker if local code allows if you want to use this outlet in a kitchen counter environment

Thank you for your inquiry. We don't currently offer a watch charging solution with this product. Yes, you are able to charge the IPhone XR and your USB connected device simultaneously, depending on the charging requirements of the USB connected device.

When my iPhone 11 reaches 100% charge on the wireless pad, it begins to toggle the charge off and on, making an alert noise and lighting up over and over (when it comes back on). Is this normal?
We tested an iPhone 11 on a RWC826USBWCCV2 and were unable to duplicate the problem noted above. The phone we tested did not have a case on it.

any plans for a 3 gang plate, all of out outlets at waist level are 2 gang boxes with a switch and outlet. We are a distributor for Legrand and I am getting the same question everyday..........
There are a variety of new options we are vetting right now. The one that is closest to happening will be a 20A version receptacle, and a higher power output on the wireless charging side. We do not have a plan for a 3 gang option in the near future.

The charger goes off when the phone is charged but doesn’t come back on so my phone isn’t 100% charged in the morning.
This issue was corrected when we switched circuit board suppliers on our new production.
I'm assuming you have an older product that was manufactured before Dec. 2018 and you can reach out to us in regards to getting a replacement.

Will this work with Otterbox Defender Cases for both Samsung Android and I Phone Devices? Will the cradle of the charger have enough room to hold a phone with Otterbox case still on the phone? Is cradle portion that holds phone replaceable if broken?
The Radiant Wireless charger will not charge phones through an Otterbox case.

are you able to swap out the receptacle. I would like to have the outlet portion have both a usb-c and regular usb port.
The receptacle can not be removed and replaced with another receptacle because of the way it is constructed into the mounting frame.

Can you guys offer this with a light switch instead? It would be far more useful as most outlets are at ground level vs, light switches that are at arm level. this is great for the kitchen, but that's about it. I would purchase quite a few myself.

I'm bidding a project for Rutgers University, which requires (4) seperate wireless charging plates mounted flat in the casework of a counter in a Lobby area. Does Legrand make a single gang charging plate only for this application?

Can it be mounted so the phone section is on the left hand side? I want to mount this on a post and there isn't enough room between the outlet and the right hand edge for the charging section.
