Installing the TV2M-W recessed TV Box until I noticed the wall plate does not fully cover drywall on the high voltage side of the box. The wall plate only covers 1/2" on three sides leaving wall gap on high voltage side. Why?
Made a mistake and wallplate does cover the complete box.

Will the TV1WTVSSW accept the LeGrand Adorne outlets?
Just installed this mount for my 65" LG TV and used Adorne outlets, keystones an wall plates. Would add a photo, but don't wee a way to do so.

Need Revit RFA for TV2MW. BIM zip contains wall plate covers but nothing for power/data connections or anything that shows up in floor plans.

The TV2MW is intended for standard 2x4 sheetrock construction and is not rated for ceiling applications.

Can this TV box be used in a masonry wall?
We don’t see how it can physically be used in a “masonry wall” as this usually means mortaring it in place with cement which would fill in the LV section.
If you want to fasten it to a cement block wall and the AHJ would have to approve of this securement method.

Looking for the Revit family for the TV2MW. You have the wall plates, but I need the wall box.
Revit seems to be an actual bracket to mount the tv, which we do not offer. We have the electrical & data but no TV mounts.
