I would Purchase again!
I would purchase again! It does what it claims. A toggle style dimmer option that works with all lamp/light types. We tested it with incandescent bulbs, LED bulbs, as well as lights with built in electronic drivers. It worked well with all!

The TSDCL303PTC can only be used in one location of a 3way and the other needs to be a 3way switch. You would need to use Multi-location dimmers or master/remote dimmers to dim both both sides of a 3way.

Does this work with a Satco 9.5w, 2700 k light bulbs
The dimmer should work fine as long as you make sure the Satco bulbs state that they are "dimmable".
