I have 3 rotary fan controls that were all installed in 2014. I replaced one about a year ago because it did not work on all speeds. I have the same problem on two more including the one I already fixed. What is the problem? These aren't cheap.
The device you mention has a limited lifetime warranty. Call 1-800-223-4162 and select the option for Pass and Seymour to get assistance with replacements.
