Are the 3804CC6 screw terminals approved for more than one 8 AWG stranded conductor? I’m going to feed another outlet and would like to avoid pigtailing the outlet in the first box.
No, Single termination only and Pigtail is recommended best method.

What diameter hole does the cover need to have? This should be standard information on your specifications. Maybe the China part doesn't have tolerance control?
