Used to plug/unplug a load consuming a maximum of 30A under a voltage of 250V between the two hot wires and 125V between the hot and the neutral wires to a connection to an electric power supply while protecting the user from direct contact with live parts for 20 years.

My wires going to your plug, is green, red black ,white, this for a generator 240 plug to adapt to a 50 amp receptacle for my RV
The L1430P is a 30A plug.
X = Hot
Y= Hot
G= ground

30 AMP L1430 Turnlok Locking Plug , how is this wired. I am putting it to a 30 amp stick welder with a three prog plug. I have to make a adapter for it. which wires go to which lug?
The L1430P is rated 30A, 125/250V and would be wired as follows:
Terminals: G - Ground, W - Neutral, X - Hot, and Y - Hot.
