We'll equip you with skills in content marketing, audience personalization, web analytics and marketing automation - everything you'll need for a successful marketing career at Legrand North and Central America (LNCA). Onboarding begins in West Hartford, CT with introduction to Legrand’s business units, products, and digital tools.
Year One: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Digital Marketing Coordinators will begin the program updating and optimizing web properties and developing emails to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Year Two: Digital Marketing Specialist
Digital Marketing Specialists will continue to optimize web properties and develop emails, but will also gain more exposure to digital analytics and marketing automation.
Onsite and offsite training provides associates with additional learning opportunities throughout their two-year program to enhance skills and build on success.
A year and a half into the program, associates focus on their next step up, with the search for preferred career placement incorporated into their daily work schedule through ongoing networking opportunities and learning sessions.
Through ongoing development and mentoring initiatives, LNCA leadership continues supporting program alumni to learn, grow and be successful.
