Questions & Answers
Why is it that I can program on and off schedules with an LMCT-100-2 with firmware version 6.14 and not with 6.35?
There are no known issues with LMCT-100-2 firmware version 6.35. The primary difference between versions 6.14 and 6.35 is the menu structure, which may affect how certain settings are accessed or configured. For assistance in navigating the updated interface or diagnosing the issue further, we recommend contacting Wattstopper Technical Support.

OurLMZC-301 seams to have lost the photocell input, that controls it. I have a LMCI-100 to look at the device, but dont't know if i'm connected correctly, because I can't see anything. Please advise
Hello, the LMZC-301 is compatible with our LMCS software. You can find the direct download on our website Legrand.us, once downloaded we can use a cat5e cable between the A/B ports on the LMZC to the LMCI, then USB to Laptop. Once connected, at the bottom right it should show "connected".
If further assistance is needed please call Wattstopper Tech Support 1-800-879-8585

How does the cable between an internally-mounted LMPB-100 and the "A" RJ45 port need to be?
It is a standard cat6 cable and needs to be 8-12" long.

on the LMZC, are there any issues with using LMPD port 3&4 instead of 1&2
The LMZC-301 has four LMPD ports which are use to power up the LMRD board on a panel. The only reason there a four is because the maximum amount of LMRD boards on a panel is four so it doesn't matter which one you use they all work the same.
