My harbor breeze fan requires mounting fan work hardware included by mount manufacturer. Yours has no hardware. What size and thread sheet metal screw is your mount tapped for? Is there a kit available for compatible hardware?

The rotating dual support as shown on our website is 8-32 for fixtures and 10-32 for fans. We're not sure what other mounts may be required for Harbor Breeze fans. https://www.legrand.us/passandseymour/reiker-fan-boxes/new-work-boxes/55501.aspx

Are the boxes and slides interchangeable?

Thank you for your question regarding Pass & Seymour Fan Box(Model # 55501). The parts would only be interchangeable if they are within the same model number. Exchanging parts with different model fan boxes would void any UL listing on the boxes.

what is the max weight for a chandelier that can be hung from this outlet box?

Thank you for your question regarding Legrand Ceiling box(model # 55501). The 55501 Slide Support is rated up to 110LBS for a fixture support and 70LBS for a fan support.
