Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finished basement renovation Love the modern look of the Adorne Collection; used these products in the renovation of the master bath and now planning on using the same collection for the finished basement. The pop-out outlet is great in the laundry room; when done with the ironing, pop the outlet back in! And the no screw plates are the best; add the choice of colors for the wall plates and it's a renovation dream!

How high from the counter do I put all my outlets on the back splash wall

The goal is to get them higher than 1-1/2" off the counter, and even that is not really critical. The electrical code does not set a bottom height, only that they can be no higher than 20 inches above the counter. These requirements ensure that there's an available plug for any appliance with a standard-length power cord.

Can these outlets be used on a countertop?

Can the 20A pop-out outlet be used in a 4 gang setting?

It would certainly fit in a deep 4 gang box but I’d be concerned that the side plugs would interfere when something was becide it, especially another pop-out. The pop-out expects space around it. I wouldn’t recommend this. :)

I bought a bunch of Adorna stuff for our new bathroom....love modern stuff. Specifically bought 2 pop up outlets, as they are sooooo cool/unique!!! Seems it can’t be used in a double trim setup?

Thank you for your question regarding our adorne products. The popout outlets can be used in a 2 gang configuration. You would have to purchase the ARPTR152W2(2 gang popout that comes with mounting frame needed) and whatever other adorne device you want to install along side of the popout to complete your setup.
