Terrible app and unreliable
As other reviewer stated, these are nice looking, but they most of the time it doesn't work with Alexa, due to issues with Legrand app. I have multiple smart switches with other brands and they work fine. Called support, they have you reset at breaker. It resolves temporarily, then will disconnect again. I dont bother calling anymore.

The switch is great if you don't use the wifi app!
the wifi app associated with this switch is TERRIBLE! It works 1 out of 10 times and then out of the next 10 time it will not work the first 9 times. I down loaded the app and uninstalled it 5 times before giving up! I got the front porch lights to work one of the times but it did not get past finding the wifi connection for the slider door lights which never got recognized. At this time the switch itself works turns the lights on and off. The app does not work.

Dropping off wifi
We had a number of these installed during remodel of entire home over a dozen total. Everything worked great for a couple months and then one dropped off became dim in the app and could not be controlled. Had to delete and re add to the wifi. 2 months later 3 more had dropped and required adding. Each time this means pulling off wall plates to scan the qr code. Today my wife says a bedroom the front porch lights and morning can no longer be controlled by the app Google home or our smart assistant. Getting tired of having to delete and re-add switches for no apparent dinner

Great Switch, Terrible WIFI
I love the switch design and matches others in my house. I need WIFI control which is not earthbreaking technology. But this doesn't set up well, scenes aren't reliable and it just disconnects from wifi erratically. Why would Legrand engineers get away with such inconsistent network/software design. I called tech support after first problem and got help. After it happened again to call, I can't get through to tech support.

Needs a lot of work
This switch is almost impossible to set up. It took hours to get it to pair with my wifi. It also disconnects itself constantly causing you to have to reset the device, rescan the code and repair! What a nightmare! The scanning of the qr code to scan is quite odd, what if you lose it? Overall a great concept but these do not work well at all.

Questions & Answers
When I try to connect my WWLR10 to my wifi, the wifi turns off, then reconnects but the switch does not pair. I have other smart wifi devices (thermostat, lightbulb, garage door opener etc) and do not have this issue with those devices.
I would suggest resetting the switch back to the factory default them try the process again...see attached for instructions.

Can this switch also be used in a dual gang plate?
Yes

The manual says that any existing 3 way switch can be used, but...how? There are no guides or instructions on how to do 3 way wiring for this product with existing mechanical 3 way switches.
Hello,
On the WWRL10 The black wire is the HOT, The white is the Neutral, the green is the Ground and the red and yellow wires are TRAVELERS. The travelers connect to the 3 way switch plus the common.
Hope this helps,
Have a great day.

Are Legrand Wi-Fi Smart Switches compatible with Mesh Wi-Fi systems, such as Eero?
Can it be operated on a local network only (maybe Zigbee or Z-Wave)? Is there any way (even with a hub) to control it through HomeAssistant without an internet connection (relying on your API services)? Thank you!
