Perfect for pantries, garages or anywhere you want lights to turn on automatically when you enter a room, and turn off again when you leave. The Auto-On/Auto-Off SensaSwitch® provides convenient lighting control by responding to your presence through motion-sensing technology. Use this motion sensor light switch on its own to control a light or fixture from a single location, or pair with additional switches to control a single light source from multiple locations (3 or 4-way applications).

This switch* features enduring Microban® antimicrobial technology that works to reduce the growth of bacteria, around the clock, for the lifespan of the product.

* Existing inventory of switches, dimmers and plastic wall plates from the adorne® Collection at some partner locations may not yet include Microban® protection. To confirm that a specific Legrand product is protected with Microban®, check that the exterior of the product packaging includes a green dot or a "Protected with Microban" label.

Made exclusively for use with screwless Wall Plates from the adorne® Collection, sold separately.

No antimicrobial efficacy claims are being made or are valid with respect to products sold in Canada.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adorne Motion Sensor Just installed three of the Adorne Motion Senors. They all work perfectly as intended. Two I installed in a guest bath, one controls the chandelier, and the other controls the Panasonic FV-0511VF1 WhisperFit DC motor 50/80/110 CFM Bathroom exhaust fan. The third sensor was installed in the laundry room.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This switch works irratically. When you enter the this switch turns on. Also it turns on multiple times when no one enters the room. I have replaced this switch twice in my house, and it still acts irratically. Whoever engineered this switch needs help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sensor Switch Only switched to Adorne sensor for upgraded look with current sensor ( that was working fine). Could not get Adorne to work past test mode. Had to purchase another ‘on / off ‘ Adorne switch ( without sensor) to finish which worked fine. Went to website to trouble shoot and section of website was down dealing with the Adorne switch troubleshooting.

After testing the switch by putting the trimpot to minimum, the switch now reverts to a shutoff delay of 5 mins even though I have the trimpot moved to the lowest setting before entering test mode again. How do I get lowest delay set?

Asked by: Jason
same here , I did try the test mode with the 5 seconds delay , after it got out of the test mode , still takes about 5 minutes to shut off :(

I Want to know if I do install this in a garage, and let's say I'm working in the garage and switch is not in a view of motion obviously it will trigger "Off" sequence since it does not detect any motion, but my question is can it be manually switched on?

Asked by: Peter G
If you want to cover a larger area to keep the light turned on, install two of them, one in each area, wired in parallel. Either one will turn on the light.

Does this switch need a ground and a neutral? I have no ground and no neutral in my 1929 home. I only have a hot (load) and a return to the main breaker. I want to install this inline by breaking the the hot or return. Can this be done using this switch?

Asked by: STARGATE
This switch works poorly. I recommend you do not buy it.

I have this in the entrance to my bathroom and it works fine when I enter.  However it always turns off before I am done and I have to leave in the dark.  Is there a way to adjust how long the light stays on before it turns off?

Asked by: MikeG
I heard from Legrand support team and learned I can adjust the delay time using the trimpot. The range is 30 seconds  up to 30 minutes. You can also set the switch so it does not turn on in daylight. These functions are explained in the installation instructions.

Can this be combined with a Wi-Fi Master Switch (ASTH155RMW1) to control a single light from two locations (replacing an existing 3-way switch setup)? i.e. to allow motion-activation of the light AND allow control of the light through Wi-Fi?

Asked by: devc
The answer would be no since the dimmer can't communicate via Wi-Fi with the master you mentioned.

I installed AutoOn/AutoOff sensors in all bathrooms, and they all get triggered by pressure waves from HVAC or doors open or closed in adjacent rooms. Has this been addressed by Legrand?

Asked by: val33
It is possible for the Auto On/ Auto off sensors to be triggered by heat and motion from a HVAC unit. If the sensor is activating with no motion in the room contact tech support at 1800 223 4185

Does this have an ambient light sensor so that it will not activate when the room is well lit?

Asked by: cchand
Good Morning, There is a dip switch located on the device that will allow you to set the light level for the sensor. Hope this helps!
