Couldn't be any easier to get up and running
This motion sensor is top notch for ease of set up and functionality. It was easy to tie into my wireless network to be controlled remotely and just as easy to program any Netatmo device to be activated by the sensor. Can be used nicely to turn on lights or receptacles automatically for safety and security reasons.

Right now it seems to kick in and out of the network. still messing with it I think in general it will be OK but struggling with it a bit at this point.

Is there a 3-way version of this switch? I want to switch my wi-fi switches (WWRL10WHCCV2) over to Netatmo, but I have a few 3 way switches.

The WNRL10WH will require the Netatmo Gateway (WNRH1WH) and radiant with Netatmo Wireless smart Switch (WNRL23WH) to create a 3-way configuration.

Is the gateway suppose to make a barely audible high pitch noise when connected?
Mine does this also, but I can only hear it when I'm within 1-2 ft of the gateway

Can you use switch if internet is down?

Good morning. Can I pair this directly with an Amazon Echo device that has a built-in Zigbee hub?
The device is designed to pair to the Gateway first, then you can connect the gateway to Alexa. The scene controller is not designed to pair directly to an Amazon Echo device.

I have both gateway and dimmer installed/working. I am adding a smart switch to pair w/a dimmer When I push the on button after opening the gateway I am not getting a light from the smart switch. Broken? How do I reset? Tried ez button and got blue.Help
It sounds like your remote needs to be reset as the battery tab may have been removed before onboarding. If this is the case, you can remove the face cover and press the configuration button until the indication light flashes red. This will confirm the device reset has been completed and you can add your device into your system. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to our Technical Support team at 844-957-3783.

Do Lagrand switches have any way of connecting to a Z-Wave controller? Does Lagrand have any plans to bridge between It's own protocol and other protocols like Z-Wave or Zigbee or work with Smartthings hubs. Thanks
Our "With Netatmo" devices use Zigbee as their wireless communication protocol. Currently we don't offer Z-wave compatible devices.
