Radiant Switches and Wallplates
I installed the radiant switches and screwless wallplates throughout my entire house. With a sleek and simple design they look really good. As an architect, I’d recommend these products to anyone. Technical support was very helpful with questions regarding wiring the dimmer switch.

As advertised
Had trouble finding a 3 way dimmer that was compatible with the LED's I was using in my basement project. Then I came across this one advertised as universal. Made a couple of calls to the Lagrand tech support to discuss before I ordered 3 of them. Installed them and they work perfectly. Could not be happier.

Radiant Dimmer
We had a unique color combination in our kitchen. The switch cover had a wide range of covers that solved the problem. Tru-Universal dealt with the different types of lighting so that I didn't have to figure-out on my own.

Grounding Wire
It would be great if it didn't need a grounding wire.... unfortunately, they could not be used due to this for certain switches.

Questions & Answers
Hello, I need help. I connected the 3 way switch per the instructions included. The Legrand dimmer works just fine but the other 3 way switch on the other end no longer functions. Am I doing something wrong? Thx
I have a RH703P Dimmer switch that I am a little confused on the install. The old dimmer had two red wires one going to a black wire and one red wire going to the white. then one black wire going to another black wire. I thin=k that's to main power source or hot wire does that go to the Black terminal on my Legard Dimmer? Thanks

Installing Legrand tru universal dimmer with another three way switch to operate the lights. Should you install a white(neutral) wire from back of dimmer to the other white wires in box
The RH703PTUTC does require a Neutral wire so yes, you can create a jumper to your bundle of white wires in your electrical box.
Legrand would never expect a Consumer to answer installation questions on our products and they should always be answered by our Technical Support department directly.

My undercounted lights work good some of the time but most of the time they flicker. When they work good the green indicator light is on solid. Latter I can come into the room and the indicator light will be blinking. This is when the lights blink .
Unfortunately mine do the same thing, an electrician told me that the dimmer switch is not compatible with the lights. But it is not a hazard, so I’ve been living with the blinking til I can figure out which dimmer serves my lights

Can you use the Interchangeable Face Cover in dark bronze on this dimmer. Everything in the kitchen will be Dark Bronze.
Yes. The dark bronze cover was not included with the switch. I purchased the dark bronze cover separately.

I have a single pole setup (hot is connected to common) I am using dimmable LED bulbs. When I turned on the power the lights came on full power, but it would not dim. I turned it off, and the locator LED started blinking and no longer turns on.
Hello,
I would check to make sure You have neutral wire connected to the back of the dimmer in the location labled neutral. The dimmer requires a neutral for proper functionality.

How do I hook up the switch with no ballasts!? It has not been clearly labled! I HAVE 5 WIRES.. Which is the load?!
The Load wire is the wire that is connected to Your light fixture. You would need to test the wires to determine which is the Load wire.
