Rated 2 out of 5 by from Finicky, cheap flimsy construction These look beautiful, when they work. I’ve run into several that don’t work until you Unscrew everything out of the wall box again and jiggle the cord on and connections going to the little transformer or whatever that is. These are super poorly made and difficult to get to work, especially with tight boxes with lots of wiring compressing these and causing issues. Way too finicky.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Front Door Accent Nightlight 2-gang This Legrand Accent Nightlight solved the problem with Angel Light that do not come in a 2-gang switch configuration. Assembly was not too difficult following the instructions and wiring was a breeze. Please note that the switch receptacle requires both a load and neutral wiring to work, which mine has. Bonus feature is the light brightness is adjustable and changes to ambient lighting conditions.

I installed less than an inch from a counter top. When ambient light is on the accent light just blinks. When the ambient light is off the accent light scrolls through the brightness settings continually. Is there a way to override?

Sounds like something is covering the sensor on the bottim that lets you turn it off and on and go through lights brightness. May want to pull the wall plate off and look to see what may be blocking the sensor. I've had a similar issue but, I believe my issue is due to the wall box being a tight fit. The issue seems to be intermittent depending on objects that may be put close to it and cause a shadow making the sensor think a finger is being put there to turn on/off the light or adjust the brightness.

Will the accent light attach to an accent outlet (power plug), in addition to the switches?

I ONLY HAVE THREE WIRES (INCLUDING GROUND) - IS THERE ANY WAY TO STILL CONNECT THE ACCENT LIGHT...
