I have an FSIR-100-RU and do not see a setting option for photocell on or off. These are outdoor fixtures
The range for the Photocell setting is 0-250 fc & DIS. DIS means disable and if you select that, the photocell will be off.

On the FSIR-100 when adjusting the photocell settings do the numbers represent FC's. does a 10 equal 10FC's
