Can the 4 way cable splitter be used as a signal combiner?

You can use a 4-port splitter as a signal combiner, but it is not the best device for the purpose. This splitter is designed with high amounts of isolation between ports and is not purpose-built for your application. We do not offer a signal combiner of this type.
