The Outdoor Ground Box Survives Hurricane Harvey

For a football field with over 7,000 fans, the Outdoor Ground Box provided safe, permanent connections for powering air compressors used at games in Alvin, Texas. When Hurricane Harvey hit, the stadium was flooded with over 53 inches of water, but the Outdoor Ground Box still worked. With a unique diving bell design that creates and maintains an air pocket to protect the electrical connections from getting wet in adverse weather conditions, it was the perfect solution and stood up to the test.
