Is this product considered "tamper proof"? And if not, what would be the most similar product that is tamper proof?

Hello, The cover on this poke thru is not considered tamper resistant. The next size up is the Evolution 6" poke thru which does have a tamper resistant cover option.

Are there any issues with install in hard surfaced floors that are generally scrubbed? Any issues with water proofing?

I have 4ATC Poke Thru's with a controlled Receptacle. Problem is I also need an uncontrolled outlet ie: a split receptacle. The one provided is a modular item and can not be split. I can't use the 2G mount as I do still need to run data through the box.

Hi Tom, As you mentioned the receptacle is a proprietary receptacle and cannot be split. Unfortunately if you need to have one controlled and one standard receptacle, along with data it would require the larger 6ATC series which will offer two independent duplex receptacles to be wired separately and still offer low voltage.

I HAVE INSTALLED THE LEGRAND 4AT POKE THRU AND WE INSTALLED A 4" SLEEVE AND IT IS NOT SECURELY SNUG IN THE HOLE. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS TO GET IT FROM SETTING LOOSE?

Hello Bob, Thank you for your inquiry. We offer our own 4" sleeve which is part# 4PPS. Not sure whether you used our sleeve or your own but please reference the attached link to the installation instructions for our sleeve.
