Commercial building application, want to use series DS4000 attached horizontally to an aluminum cover along the perimeter of the building. Landlord is not allowing use of #8 screws to cover, but okay with using double sided tape. Acceptable?

DS4000 raceway is steel construction that requires #8 screws to properly secure it to the surface. Double-sided tape would not be considered an appropriate or safe method of installation.
