Can this WIFI outlet be added to the the app the same as a WIFI switch and then added to specific scene? Or, can it only be controlled by a single WIFI switch after pairing?
The Wi-Fi outlet can be added and controlled through the app as long as you have other Wi-Fi dimmers or switches so you can set the House ID..

How do I install this system?
The receptacle installs like a standard outlet and if you want to control it and other wi-fi ready devices through the Legrand APP, you also need the LC7001 hub.

No, there is no independent control for each outlet. Both outlets are controlled as one.

I have over 2000sf home literally legrand from top to bottom I invested over 3 grand in legrand products would I get a deal if I wanted to convert over to WiFi
