Rated 5 out of 5 by from 4 Scene Pocket Remote Control with Netatmo The 4 scene pocket remote is a handheld device. It is very convenient way to "light up" your home as you enter it. If you have WiFi Netatmo light switches installed in the rooms of your home, you can assign (program the lights to either come on or off) them to one of the pocket remotes numbered buttons, for example, button # 1. When you enter your home you simply press button # 1 and all the assigned lights come on, making entry at night safer. You can assign the same room lights to, for example, button # 2, and program the lights to turn off. Another use I found was when my wife recently had knee replacement surgery, and for the first few weeks she was in need of "special assistance." Using the pocket remote, my wife simply had to press button #1, individual room lights would turn on throughout the house, and I knew she was in need of assistance. This turned out to be very helpful. You can pair the pocket remote with the Wireless Smart Scent Switch with Netatmo (WNACB40). This switch is similar in function to the pocket remote (has the same 4 scene buttons). It is essentially a "faceplate", requires no electrical box, and can be simply attached to a wall. Mount this switch on the wall in close proximity to the entrance door, and as you walk into the house press the button to turn on all the lights. Leave the pocket remote, say in the bedroom, where you can then turn off all the lights using the assigned "off button. It is some slick technology.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Netatmo - Great first step in home automation Netatmo gateway is a great way to automate your light controls and useful tool in your home automation toolbox. Setting up the gateway on the wifi takes a few tries but once complete (2.4GHz only) adding additional Netatmo capable switches and dimmers is a breeze. Overall I highly recommend the Netatmo solution and wish they add more products such and light bulbs, tape lights, etc. to their portfolio.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart Dimmers and Netatmo Gateway This product works well and even resolved an issue with a (hidden and less accessible) dimmer switch inside a cabinet by pairing it with a wireless remote dimmer placed along side other wired dimmers on a wall using a 5 gang cover. It doesn't even appear differently. It was the perfect solution and far less complicated than adding more wiring somewhere else. We installed multiple smart dimmers through the house and are very satisfied with the performance so far (only one month of use so far).

This switch indicates in the specifications that it supports 3-way. But I can't find any installation instructions for an existing 3-way circuit. How do you install in a 3-way. Please don't just point to products. I need 3-way circuit wiring instructions.

Asked by: Richard Gunther
Hello, Thank you for your Inquiry. The radiant with Netatmo dimmer (WNRL50WH) requires the radiant Wireless switch or dimmer to complete a 3-way configuration. The dimmer must be wired to Hot, Neutral, load, and Ground and any remaining electrical wires must be capped. The radiant with Netatmo wireless switch is battery operated and will require the Netatmo Gateway (WNRH1WH) to program the Wireless switch (WNRL23WH) to control the WNRL50WH dimmer. Please call Pass & Seymour Technical Support (800-223-4185) if you need additional assistance. Best Regards, Technical Support

Does the status light work as a locator light as on the switches. I cannot find a control on the Wireless Smart Switch Sans Fil where you would indicate if the status light is to turn on. Seems this could be controlled by the switch it is paired to.

I have Netatmo for security and weather station. They work fine with my TP-Link Deco M9 Plus Wi-Fi mesh system. I am looking for a 20A Smart outlet to replace a ConnectSense outlet that no longer works on my Wi-Fi. Would the WNRR20WH work in my case?

Asked by: Frank Silkwood
Hello, The Netatmo WNRR20WH receptacle will be a great addition to your home. However, the receptacle requires our Netatmo Gateway (Part #: WNAH1W1) to complete the installation and operational requirements. Note: One Netatmo Gateway will support a total of 98 adorne with Netatmo devices. Please contact Pass & Seymour Technical Support at 800-223-4185 for further assistance. I have a circuit with two wired 3-way switches. I want to add a wireless third switch, e.g., WNRL23. Apparently a WNRL10 can only replace a single-pole switch; it can't replace one of the 3-way switches. Is there a way to add a wireless third switch?

Asked by: Bjorn
Hello, The WNRL10 and WNRL23 can be utilized to complete your 3-way installation configuration. The WNRL10 simply requires a line, load, neutral and ground to complete the wiring requirements. The WNRL23 must then be programmed to control the WNRL10 to complete the 3-way programming. Please feel free to give us a call if you need further assistance. Does the gateway get installed to a smart switch or can it be installed next to a non smart outlet? If it can be installed to a non smart outlet from across the room, will it still allow the smart dimmer switch to connect to homekit and other home assist

Hello Sal, you can install the gateway in any wall box where a Hot and Neutral wire are present. We recommend installing the product within 30 feet of the nearest in-wall device (switch, dimmer, outlet) for best performance.

I have both gateway and dimmer installed/working.  I am adding a smart switch to pair w/a dimmer When I push the on button after opening the gateway I am not getting a light from the smart switch. Broken? How do I reset? Tried ez button and got blue.Help

Asked by: Bob Craig
It sounds like your remote needs to be reset as the battery tab may have been removed before onboarding. If this is the case, you can remove the face cover and press the configuration button until the indication light flashes red. This will confirm the device reset has been completed and you can add your device into your system. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to our Technical Support team at 844-957-3783.

Can the devices (radiant and adorne) pair with a 3rd party Zigbee 3.0 / Matter hub? Would the Legrand up be able to talk to them through a 3rd party hub? (Ikea, SmartThings, etc.) Can the light switch control other devices (smart bulbs) too?

Asked by: nacho319
So I've gotten through installing (and reinstalling) the switch WNRL50 (Radiant Smart Tru-Universal Dimmer with Netamo) and I've installed the gateway (radiant WNRH2). You can connect the switch directly to another gateway. I have it connected via an Ikea Dirigera (Ikea's newer Thread/Matter compatible gateway). Actually, it was distinctly easier, IMO, connecting the switch to the Ikea gateway than the Radiant gateway. But then joining the radiant gateway to HomeKit - super easy, just scan the homekit QR; but that doesn't set it up in the legrand Control app, and I couldn't figure out how to add devices via apple home app that way. Also, the Legrand Control app had me take the face cover off the gateway to press a hidden switch inside to try to do setup a second time via the legrand app. What Really?! And then that didn't work. I pressed the button on the switch, the Ikea gateway found it (from a different floor) and I added it. So it was somewhat easy to pair. As to the switch, it presents as a light bulb - which is fine, although basic. It automates like a light bulb in HomeKit. The newer Leviton DG6HD shows up as a light bulb and remote controller, which means besides being able to be automated you can ALSO use it as a controller to automate other things. I have a DG6HD hardwired dimmer control for a light, but also simultaneously controlling a light in another room (mostly as an experiment.) I've been testing smart switches in my house, including Leviton, Legrand, Eve, and Sinope. All Zigbee or Thread switches with Apple HomeKit.

Do these switches have a 'Memory' of the lighting position? ie. when dimmed to 50%, if I double press top to illuminate to 100% and then turn off/on again, will they go back to 50%? This is the way the HKRL50 worked and I cannot get this switch to do it.

The dimmer is "reset" so it will remember the last position of the light level was at when it is turned back on. If turned off at 50%, it will turn back on at 50%.
