The usb-c charging port brings my outlet into the current century. It charges my Samsung with "fast charge" but not ultra fast. It only took 10 min to install!

I'm so excited to be able to use my new receptacle to plug directly into it to charge my phones!! My husband said it was super easy to install, just swapped out the old outlet and put this new one in. It seems to charge his phone just as fast as a regular charger with no issues so far! No need for a block! Pretty cool and future forward!
