Good solution
This is sleek looking enough. My fan is very high up and completely unreachable, so the control panel makes it easily adjustable, there's no reason not to pick this up, it's a great solution. My contractor installed easily enough it seems as well.

I got this single pole 3 way fan speed control switch for my bedroom fan and I love it. It was really easy to install and it’s really easy to control the fan speeds with it. I might have to get one for my other fans.

Simple, Easy Install
I got this as a home improvement "next step" as I already had installed a ceiling fan. This works great as an on/off switch! Plus if you have the wiring already, making it a 3 way for just the fan is quite simple also. The led light is not very bright but if all the lights are out in the room how much light do you actually need to find the switch? Also it included 2 switch colors and 2 screw-less cover plates to match. Would recommend to a home improvement person. Only draw back is most of the outer visible components are plastic so I am seeing some wear in the years to come but no sign now after a month.

Great Fan and Easy to Install
We were in need of a new fan for our master bath so were excited in find one that match our needs and color specification. What we loved... I have a habit of getting up frequently at night to go to the bathroom so the added light is helpful. Our old fan had only one speed which was loud!!! This fan has three speeds and is very quiet. I honestly have questioned whether it was actually on a few times. Finally, we wanted a brushed nickle to match our bathroom fixtures and this fan is perfect. If you want a sharp looking, quiet fan that's easy to install then this might be what you are searching for.

This fan switch is so modern and stylish looking! I am impressed with how great it looks on the wall. It wasn’t difficult to install at all, just followed instructions. Love that added benefit of it being easier to see in the dark. Works controlling all functions of the fixture with no issues!

I used this to replace a fan switch I had in my bedroom that was not working properly. I loved the ease of the install and how stylish and modern the switch looked. I have not had any problems with this new switch and I am very happy with all aspects of it. From the ease of the controls to how it looks on the wall. It is very well made and durable. I believe it will last a very long time.

Easy install!
I received this a couple of weeks ago and it is my new best friend. I'm only 5'2" so it can be quite challenging for me to change the speed on a ceiling fan. It was super easy to install, it literally took about 20 min to get it all done and going. Now when I need to adjust the fan control I just walk over to the wall. No more finding stools, or almost falling out if chairs! I'm going to buy them for all of the rooms we have ceiling fans in. Makes my life easier that's for sure!

Works well
Got this for free in exchange for my review. We used it to work a light and fan in our sunroom. Works well. We use it as a direct connection but it comes with instructions to use as a theee way switch as well. It also came with choice of color for the switch plate and slide which was nice because you can fit to your decor. Works as expected and looks nice. The slide moves easily and doesn’t catch.

No, you would need a separate switch or dimmer to control the light.

When the switch is in the high position it still doesn’t allow the fan to operate at a high enough speed. Is there a way to adjust the switch to increase the power going to the fan?
The Radiant Fan Speed controller does not have a power/voltage adjustment option.

Hello, My fan uses a 3- speed mechanical control i.e A Pull Cord. Can I use this Controller with my fan?
Yes, you can:
PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, set fan pull chain to its highest speed (be sure fan is operating at full
speed before disconnecting power).
YOU DO NOT USE PULL CHAIN AFTER INSTALLATION OF FAN CONTROL AND ONLY USE THE FAN SPEED CONTROLLER.

Where can I find a proper wiring diagram for this fan control? The included diagram shows both the red wire and the black wire going to the Motor/Source. WHICH wire goes to the source and WHICH wire goes to the motor?
Because this device can be installed as single pole or 3way, it doesn't matter which wire between the black and red that you connect your Line(Source) and Load(motor) to. Typically on a single pole control, Black would be Line and Red would be your Load.
