I purchased the radiant smart 20A outlet and am trying to get it to be controlled by the app. I am told that a smart gateway is required. What smart gateway is required?

Asked by: Patsy22342
There are two options for the Radiant Netatmo gateway, in wall and surface mount: https://www.legrand.us/wiring-devices/radiant-collection/radiant-smart-gateway-with-netatmo-white/p/wnrh1wh https://www.legrand.us/wiring-devices/designer-switches-and-outlets/radiant-smart-gateway-surface-mount-with-netatmo-white/p/wnrh2wh

Hello, I am wondering if this product will work with Matter(Thread) in the future? Or since Legrand is a member of the Matter alliance, there will be another product which uses that platform/technology. Thank you!

Asked by: dVIAN
We are currently looking into Matter for future upgrades to the product.

Do these switches have a 'Memory' of the lighting position? ie. when dimmed to 50%, if I double press top to illuminate to 100% and then turn off/on again, will they go back to 50%? This is the way the HKRL50 worked and I cannot get this switch to do it.

Asked by: dVIAN
The dimmer is "reset" so it will remember the last position of the light level was at when it is turned back on. If turned off at 50%, it will turn back on at 50%.

Is this wiring device fully controlled, or can the top half be controlled separately from the bottom half?

Asked by: Shane
The top outlet is controlled by the on/off button and/or the app. The bottom outlet is always ON(see attached image).
