Yes, tThe Wedge Wood finish has been discontinued in the adorne line wall plates.

Is the oak plate paintable

Hello, The French Oak wall plate can not be painted. If You would like to paint the wall plate we have our Custom wall plate AWM1G2M4. Hope this helps, Have a great day.

I've switched out all of my outlets and switches but have some old coax cable boxes and old style phone line outlets.  Do you / they make anything I can use with these such as a blank face plate?

Hello, The adorne wallplates are not available in "blank" but you can use the Blank inserts(you would need 2) to cover the opening. They are available in White and Magnesium, just like the all the devices and the part numbers are AABK1M4 and AABK1W4.
