Rated 5 out of 5 by from Radiant Switches and Wallplates I installed the radiant switches and screwless wallplates throughout my entire house. With a sleek and simple design they look really good. As an architect, I’d recommend these products to anyone. Technical support was very helpful with questions regarding wiring the dimmer switch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Touch dimmer These are great. I installed 6 all together. They work just fine. One just died on me and needs to be replaced. Kind of pricey.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Radiant Dimmer We had a unique color combination in our kitchen. The switch cover had a wide range of covers that solved the problem. Tru-Universal dealt with the different types of lighting so that I didn't have to figure-out on my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As advertised Had trouble finding a 3 way dimmer that was compatible with the LED's I was using in my basement project. Then I came across this one advertised as universal. Made a couple of calls to the Lagrand tech support to discuss before I ordered 3 of them. Installed them and they work perfectly. Could not be happier.

Questions & Answers

I have a legend rhcl453ptcccv6. Just trying to change colors. Got the frame off but can’t get the switch rectangular off. How hard and which way to pull, lift or whatever? Hope you can help me. This is not a 3way.

Asked by: Sarge
To remove the paddle switch just pull up from the top or bottom and it will pop off. You can also use a flathead screwdriver and place it under one end of the switch and pry it off that way.

Does turning off the power to the RH703PTU dimmer remove all programming and reset the dimmer to factory settings?

Asked by: George
If the AUTO-CAL was not locked out, resetting power to the dimmer will force the dimmer to reset the light level back to the factory default. NOTE: When the dimmer loses power, when it turns back on it tries to set its minimum output voltage at an optimal level for the light it is dimming. If you want to override this behavior, lock in your Min Level Trim adjustment as follows: • Once you reach the Min Level Trim desired, hold down the CAL button until the Locator LED stops flashing. This takes approximately 10 seconds. This locks-in your new minimum output voltage setting and prevents the dimmer from overriding your setting after it loses power.

We lost power a week or so ago and now the switches are all offline. Do I need to hard reset them to bring them back or is there an easier way?

Asked by: JKLMS
The RH703PTUTC dimmer is not a "wi-fi" dimmer so it shouldn't go off-line. I would suggest trying the calibration button found under the wallplate or contacting Technical Support for assistance: Radiant products 1.844.957-3783 opt 1, then 2 Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm EST (excluding holidays) Email Us - tech.support@legrand.us

Why does the 3 way wiring diagram show a traveller wire hooked to the terminal labelled single pole as well as to the 3 way terminal. I have hot to common, red to traveller, white to neutral, gnd to gnd on box, light on switch flashing, no power to light?

Asked by: MJL1
The universal dimmer requires a separate Neutral connection so it would be wired as follows: Hot to Common, Travelers to 1pole and 3way, and Neutral to White terminal. Radiant products 1.844.957-3783 opt 1, then 2 Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm EST (excluding holidays) Email Us - tech.support@legrand.us
