Great addition accessory to Legrand OnQ LV enclosures making it possible to mount anything.

Universal Mounting Plate
The mounting plate worked well as it was attached to a Legrand enclosure. It made it easy to attach a fiber optic ONT, Legrand spools to wrap the excess fiber optic cable, and clips used to secure ethernet cables from the enclosure to my A/V Rack.
One thing to be aware of when planning the mounting of say my ONT device is where to position it along the horizontal axis. There are only a few locations where one of the RED securing clips can be mounted. However, there are many locations on the vertical where the RED attaching clips can be mounted. I am very satisfied with the product. I will attach some photos.

Mounting Plate - Easy Install
Installed 3 mounting kits in an On-Q 30-inch plastic enclosure with 2 added surge protected electrical outlets (my electrician installed them) in the bottom. Very easy install between 2 studs in the house that we are building. 4 screws and it was done. I did need to modify 1 of the mounting kits for the 3 to fit inside the plastic enclosure. Once that was done, attaching the mounting kit to the back of the plastic enclosure was completed in just a few minutes. My low voltage wiring installers had no problem getting all the lines run into the box. I haven't attached the door or trim just yet. The house needs to be insulated, drywall and painted, first. Plan is to put a 12 port router, an antenna amplifier/distribution splitter and a device for delivering hi-def to 4 television yet I wired for 7 different locations.

How does this mount to a metal enclosure? The installation PDF say there are included adapters for the square holes, and the grommet fits into the adapter, allowing you to use the square holes. But, product support says it doesn't come with it.
