how are you supposed to fix anything to this box? It doesn't come with any screw holes/threads to screw into.

Can this be used in a mobile home with 2x2 trusses?
Trusses are the ceiling joists, so as long as they are dimensional solid lumber like a 2 x 6 okay. Not tested for use with laminated beams

Can the 33310 product be used to install a fan box with truss construction in the ceiling as opposed to full wooden joists? I do not have access from above.
